See a Different World.Grade: Site-BasedAs Contract Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational heartbeat of a high-profile site – leading a large, dynamic team across security and front-of-house services.This is a pivotal role where your leadership will directly shape service excellence, drive performance, and earn recognition from both Securitas and our valued client. With proven experience in security management and leading large site-based teams, you’ll implement robust strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver outstanding results that truly make a difference. What you’ll be doing Manage the delivery of operational site security and front-of-house services, ensuring a first-class experience. Lead a large team of security officers and front-of-house staff. Conduct and monitor staff appraisals, encouraging development and progression. Oversee staff training and development, with monthly progress reporting. Manage rotas effectively to ensure coverage. Implement policies, SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and emergency preparedness plans. Handle incident management and response promptly and professionally. Safeguard people, buildings, and information assets. Assist with long-term strategic planning for the security function. Oversee the operation of security systems. Work cross‑functionally with Property and Facilities teams. Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis across the estate. Note: While this outlines key responsibilities, the role may involve additional duties as required. Qualifications Essential: SIA Licence, Full UK Driving Licence, Minimum 2 years’ management experience, and experience managing operational security delivery. Proven ability to lead large teams (15+), passion for service excellence, and experience implementing security strategy and policies (SOPs). Ability to positively engage and influence senior stakeholders. Preferred: Background in Security Management and relevant health & safety or first aid qualifications.
