A snapshot of your role as a Secondary Learning Coach You’ll work closely with small groups and individuals who need additional support, whether that’s academic encouragement, help staying organised or a confidence boost with challenging tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, listening and celebrating small wins. What your days will include as a Secondary Learning Coach Running short intervention sessions with targeted pupils Helping students understand key concepts Supporting pupils who struggle with motivation or confidence Working with teachers to track progress Building strong, positive relationships About you You enjoy helping others stay motivated You’re patient, friendly and good at reading situations You communicate clearly and encourage independence You hold (or can apply for) an enhanced DBS What we offer at Protocol Education Weekly PAYE pay Free CPD including literacy, behaviour and SEND modules A supportive consultant Opportunities to progress into pastoral or teaching roles About Us As part of the Supporting Education Group, Protocol Education gives Learning Coaches access to brilliant training, helpful advice and a team who genuinely want you to succeed.
