This role sits inside IR35 and offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives within the renewable energy sector.Location & EmploymentLocation: Greater Inverness AreaEmployment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Inside IR35)ResponsibilitiesEstimate quantities and costs for materials, labour, and time.Develop and monitor cost plans and budgets.Identify and report cost overruns, variations, and value engineering opportunities.Analyse re-work and maintenance costs.Oversee and validate subcontractor work for payment processing.Support with risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.Assist with change management, contract notices, claims, and document control.Prepare detailed cost and progress reports.Analyse project outcomes and provide timely budget updates.Track and report variations in real-time to ensure cost control.Skills & ExperienceProven background in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.Demonstrable experience with Professional Services and/or Supply contracts.Sound knowledge of commercial administration within Engineering and Construction.Experience supporting large-scale project delivery and change initiatives.Degree or relevant qualification in cost control or a related field.Strong analytical, reporting, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related reporting tools.Understanding of construction contracts, methods, and industry regulations.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelJob functionFinance and EngineeringIndustriesServices for Renewable Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
