Nine Twenty are excited to be working with our global client on their need for a Maintenance Area Lead. The role will be to lead and develop Maintenance, and Site Services teams, to ensure that assets are effectively managed across the complete asset lifecycle in a safe, efficient, co-ordinated, and environmentally sensitive way that sustainably serves the needs of its stakeholders and optimises the long-term return on investment for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all maintenance and site services operations across multiple production lines and facilities to the defined regulatory and mandated standards, implementing and adhering to business processes and guidelines, including the management of non-conformances.
- Support and ensure the efficient and cost-effective functioning of the distillery by maintaining close control and optimum performance over maintenance and site services job quality, productivity, and cost.
- Support the development of long-term improvement plans and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiencies to increase competitiveness, customer service and quality.
- Continually review our maintenance and asset management capabilities and systems, to deliver value for our stakeholders and customers whilst optimising our assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Ensure integration of our maintenance and asset management system with strategic business and budgetary planning.
- Oversee and review departmental energy/utility usage, minimise all wastage and continuously improve environmental performance.
- Manage quality control in the maintenance and site services departments. Develop structured plans to reduce the number of recurring faults, also ensuring regulatory and mandated actions are closed out timeously.
- Plan and deliver pro-active and comprehensive maintenance programmes, manage stores to ensure stock availability of critical spares, and continuously measure performance to identify and implement improvement areas.
- Manage and deliver adherence to all relevant compliance processes, including Environmental Regulatory compliance, and identify and drive improvements.
