Quantity Surveyor A requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the North of Scotland commercial team of a multi-award-winning developer. The QS will manage all cost control procedures in line with group policies, including budgeting, valuations, and cost reconciliation. The role involves preparing accurate reports, tenders, and subcontractor procurement, as well as overseeing commercial tasks on large developments. It requires maintaining budget control, leading value engineering, and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes of practice.
