About the role Facilities Co‑ordinator (Minor Works) – 7‑month fixed‑term contract. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00 with a 30‑minute unpaid break. Initial location: Stoke‑on‑Trent. Responsibilities Coordinate, scope, deliver and hand‑over small‑scale project works as per client specification. Co‑ordinate contractors and internal resources to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Create job plans and schedules for minor additional project works, track progress and report on targets internally and to the client. Manage the SHEQ, financial, and compliance elements of the projects and update relevant CAFM records and asset data after hand‑over. Liaise with sub‑contractors on delivery of packages of works. Ensure CAFM system is updated accurately and in a timely manner. Upload all relevant paperwork related to works, ensuring the correct hierarchy is used. Liaise with product suppliers regarding lead times and availability, informing regional teams of any delays. Complete the financial closure of the projects to ensure timely billing. Excellent communication, report‑writing and analytical skills. Effective written and oral communication. Planning, prioritising and allocating work. Self‑disciplined and able to work independently. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Preferably CAFM experience; training will be provided.
