Quality and Compliance Manager

OverviewThis role supports a modern cleanroom facility producing a range of health and wellbeing products. You will lead quality assurance and compliance activities to ensure products meet required standards and support the site's accreditation and audit processes.ResponsibilitiesMaintain site accreditation and ensure audit readinessManage the full audit process including preparation and follow-upOversee the Quality Management System and maintain up-to-date documentationStay informed on relevant standards and regulatory requirementsCarry out internal audits and manage corrective and preventive actionsSupport additional accreditations and customer-specific requirementsEnsure compliance with bonded warehouse regulationsDeliver training and promote awareness of quality and complianceWork with production, supply chain, technical teams and suppliersSupport import/export documentation, complaints and product artwork approvalsSkills & ExperienceExperience in a quality or compliance role within food supplements or pharmaceuticalsStrong understanding of relevant audit standardsWorking knowledge of GMP and UK / EU regulatory frameworksExperience managing QMS and implementing process improvementsConfident communicator with strong organisational skillsDetail-focused, influential and able to work collaborativelyDesirable: experience with bonded warehouse compliance or ISO accreditationIf you're looking to play a key role in a growing operation focused on high standards of quality and compliance we'd like to hear from you.Experience & RequirementsManagerKey Skills: Abinitio, Apprentice, Dermatology, Cost Estimation, Data Networking, LiaisonEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
