Quality & Compliance Manager Responsibilities Develop and implement robust management systems in line with ISO standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organisation. Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary memberships, accreditations, and certifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics. Ensure documentation is completed in line with IMS Management system. Management of the supply chain pre‑qualification process. Quality & Compliance Manager Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry. Proven experience in using EDMS systems. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Knowledge of relevant certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, NABERS. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills. Proficiency in software tools for document management and data analysis. Salary: Dependent on experience.
