Working with, and reporting through, the Head of Quality & Compliance, a range of clients and wider business practices to drive efficiency and growth for Airbase GSECarrying out regulatory oversight to ensure Quality & Compliance with the current standards in all areas of the organisation. To include, but not limited to: Audits, Training and Competencies.Act as the ‘go to’ person for all Quality & Compliance issues, from both internal and external customers.Carry out Auditing of Airbase GSE sites, as required.Attend Quality Assurance meetings both internal and external.Administration of Regulatory Oversight documentationCarrying out of Regulatory Oversight proceduresPart 145 / 21 Responsibilities & Duties:For all issues relating to Quality & Compliance, report to the Head of Quality & Compliance or the Accountable Manager, in their absence.Ensuring that the quality of workmanship in the final product (s) is to a standard (s) acceptable to the organisation and the regulatory bodies.Ensuring the competence of all personnel by keeping a record of and establishing a programme of training and continuation training, through the Training and Quality Manager (s), using On the job instruction and evaluation examination.Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the regulations, through auditing of all organisation functions, sites.Ensuring that all employees are familiar with, and fully understand the procedures, as laid down in all company documentation.Act as deputy, for any periods of absence, for the Head of Quality & Compliance.Ensure all administrative duties are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.Your profileSound Knowledge/Understanding of Part 145 (CAA, EASA, FAA) & Part 21 RegulationsExcellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.Excellent technical skills.Excellent MS Office/Project Management skillsAbility to work both independently and with a team.Proactive in your approach to identifying and implementing improvements to workload.Confidence in handling large volumes of data in a clear and structured way.Analytical Capabilities.Guarantee health and safety, quality, compliance, and regulatory standards are met.Regularly liaise with internal and external customers.Manage the day-to-day activities, timeframes, and expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
