Perioperative Practitioner Scrub | Theatre | Private Hospital | Southampton | BANK, 0 hours flexible hoursSpire Southampton are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Perioperative Practitioner Scrub to join our high performing Theatre Team on the staffing bank. We will consider a qualified ODP or Scrub Nurse withexperience in either Orthopaedic scrub or Cardiac scrub.Spire Southampton Hospital offers world-class care, attracting patients from across the South of England and internationally. Our Critical Care department and multidisciplinary team offer you peace of mind for our wide range of treatments.Main duties of the jobDuties and responsibilities:Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedicsYou will assess patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeingProvide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatreAbout usAt Spire Healthcare, caring is our passion.
