You will lead a global, cross-functional team and own the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it is embedded and brought to life at every stage of the employee journey. Your role will be to oversee global workplace, talent management, learning, and engagement, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Sitecore's culture and organisational goals.As part of the People & Culture (P&C) Leadership team, you will be accountable for advancing and executing against the P&C OKRs and project roadmap for FY26. You will be a key voice in strategic decision making and bring an AI-first mindset, with fresh and innovative ways of working to the team and Sitecore overall.What You Will Do:Team Leadership Across Multiple AreasLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, global team across Employee Experience, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workplace Experience, and EngagementFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Employee Experience functionSet clear vision, priorities, and KPIs for all direct and indirect reportsEVP Ownership and ExecutionOwn the development, evolution, and communication of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Ensure the EVP is consistently reflected in all people programs, policies, and communicationsPartner with Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition to amplify the EVP internally and externallyMeasure and report on EVP impact and effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvementGlobal WorkplaceOversee global workplace, including office environments, remote/hybrid work strategies, and workplace servicesEnsure all physical workspaces support collaboration, innovation and productivityTalent Management & LearningLead the design and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programsOversee learning and development initiatives to build critical skills, drive career growth, and support organisational capabilityEnsure talent and learning programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with business needsEngagement & Alignment to EVPLead the strategy and execution of employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the EVPOversee engagement surveys, listening strategies, and action planningPartner with business leaders to translate engagement insights into meaningful, measurable actionsChampion a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvementWhat You Need to Succeed:Minimum 15 years progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, Talent Management, HRBP or related fields, with significant global leadership experienceProven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering transformational people programs at scaleDeep expertise in program development and execution, talent management and learningStrong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organisational objectivesExceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to drive decisions and measure impactAbility to deliver high impact programs at pace - always with the mindset of understanding the results and impact of any programExperience working in complex, matrixed, and global environmentsEmpathetic, inclusive, and passionate about employee experienceAI first mindset - we are actively cultivating AI skills across our teams to unlock new levels of creativity, efficiency, and insightEqual Opportunities at SitecoreSitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
