This is a high‑impact role at the crossroads of strategy, customer insight, and commercial delivery. The Role As Propositions Manager, you’ll take ownership of creating and launching customer‑focused propositions that drive growth, retention, and competitive edge. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams—ensuring every proposition is sharp, scalable, and commercially sound. About You Existing experience in telecoms or technology, ideally within proposition development, product marketing, or commercial strategy. Commercially savvy, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and love turning insight into impact. A solid understanding of connectivity, UC, mobile, cloud, or managed network services. Proven experience taking propositions from concept through to commercial success. Strong analytical and commercial acumen—you know how to build a business case. Excellent influencing skills across cross‑functional teams. A curious, data‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering what customers really want. For the higher end of the salary range you'll be an experienced Propositions Manager with a strong Telecommunications background.
