As a Propositions Manager in our brand-new Propositions team, you’ll bring our trade, range, pricing, and promotional plans to life for our partners. We’ll look to you to lead the delivery of customer and commercial strategies, using market insights to inform decisions.This is a varied and hands‑on type of role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting involved in everything from store ‘look and feel’ to marketing, trade, and pricing. Be part of it.What you’ll doCreate targeted propositions based on deep customer and channel insightShape pricing and ranging plans that meet the needs of our wholesale partnersWork closely with teams across trading, supply chain, marketing, finance, and digital to build the best possible solutionsUse data and market insights to guide decisions, optimise pack formats, and deliver promotional innovation that boosts customer experience and performanceLead the development and delivery of customer trade plans, making sure promotional activity supports our strategyWhat you’ll bringExperience developing and delivering targeted propositions for independent retailers and/or strategic corporate wholesale partnersA track record of shaping long‑term, customer‑first strategiesA good understanding of trading, supply chain, and marketing, and how these tie‑in to propositional strategiesConfidence using market insight and data to inform decisionsGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build great working relationshipsWhy Co‑op?At Co‑op, we’re owned by our members.
