Sales Director – Loading Systems Join to apply for the Sales Director role at Loading Systems. About the Role Lead the commercial direction for the UK market at Easilift Loading Systems. You will drive growth and build trusted partnerships, working closely with factories, management and customers to seize commercial opportunities and strengthen long‑term relationships. Responsibilities Lead, coach and expand the sales team with a focus on client management and new business. Grow market share in equipment sales within logistics and construction. Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 contractors, architects and developers. Translate commercial strategy into concrete regional objectives. Lead change initiatives that strengthen the customer‑focused culture. Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Proven sales experience in a technical or construction environment. Strong background in equipment sales and long sales cycles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the executive level. Experience in change management and organisational development. What We Offer Annual salary of £80,000 – £90,000 plus commission scheme. Company car lease budget of approximately £800 per month (petrol, hybrid or electric). Hybrid working after the probation period. 25 days of annual leave and 3 extra days at Christmas, with option to purchase 5 additional days. Training and development budget. Latest iPhone, laptop and all tools you need to succeed. Full salary continuation for 8 weeks and 50% for another 8 in case of illness. Gym membership contribution and meal allowance for overnight stays. Life insurance and additional leave for special occasions. Location Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
