Job Description Bank of London offers a safer business banking model by holding deposit at the Bank of England, eliminating the risk of 'bank runs.' It provides services such as Deposit-as-a-Service (DaaS), Embedded Banking, real-time Clearing, Payments, and Settlement, as well as Commercial Banking tailored to businesses. Powered by proprietary technology, the bank collaborates with SAP Fioneer to deliver innovative solutions. With a focus on exceptional service and core values of compassion, ownership, and curiosity, the bank strives for excellence in all it does. As a PMO Analyst, you will be central to enabling effective governance and delivery oversight across a portfolio of projects. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, surfacing risks and dependencies, and producing high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience and develop their career in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment, where there is a huge amount to learn, contribute, and influence. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of change activity and have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals across the business. We’re looking for individuals who: Thrive in ambiguous environments, adapting quickly and constructively to change. Are comfortable with competing priorities and the lack of structure that comes with working in an early‑stage business. Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment. Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem‑solving. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Communicate with clarity and empathy and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Are positive contributors to team and workplace culture, actively seeking ways to help others and to build strong and authentic relationships. Key Responsibilities Track and report on the status of project work streams, ensuring timely and accurate updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Maintain oversight of actions, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets across the portfolio. Support the preparation of high‑quality reporting packs and dashboards for management and steering committees. Monitor progress against business performance indicators and elevate deviations where necessary. Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates. Diversity Bank of London is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to inclusion, diversity and belonging. All qualified applicants are welcome and will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, age, religion or religious expression, sex, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity and expression, transgender, national origin, or military veteran status.
