With exceptional support at every turn, every employee is empowered to reach their full potential.Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be working within a passionate team that deals with complex injuries, including litigated cases (mostly motorbike related), undertaking progression and settlement of the files on behalf of clients both pre and post issue with the support of junior members of the team.This role would suit a fee earner or qualified solicitor with experience in handling complex fast track RTA personal injury claims, including a litigated caseload and complex MOJ claims.If you have drive and determination, ambition and are looking for a stimulating career, we would love to hear from you.Qualifications / RequirementsMust be familiar with ProclaimExperience of the MOJ Portal desirableIT literateExperience with credit hire would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be providedComfortable running own files under some supervisionLitigation experience is essentialWhat we offerWe offer a clean professional office environment with fantastic facilities in the heart of Liverpool City Centre with great travel links.
