Resident Liaison Officer - Oldham Location: Oldham Job Type: Permanent On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a growing team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in Social Housing to take on a key role ensuring effective communication between tenants, residents, and housing authorities during ongoing works. We are recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer in Oldham, offering a great chance to work in a supportive and dynamic environment within the Social Housing sector. Key Responsibilities Liaising with residents to keep them informed about ongoing property works Building and maintaining strong relationships with housing associations and other key stakeholders Chairing tenant forum meetings to update residents on project progress Resolving customer complaints and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner Regularly monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing issues proactively Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards during works You will play a vital role in ensuring that the residents' experience is positive, and that all communications are clear, helpful, and professional.
