We deliver a range of acute, primary, community and mental health care services to over 1.15 million people. This is a fixed‑term post until June 2027, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen to support an integral project around Health and Social Care Partnerships Primary Care Improvement Plans and the transformational agenda in General Practice. The post holder will be part of the GP Re‑provisioning Programme Team supporting over 200 GP practices as they move to a new clinical system by June 2027. Key responsibilities • Deliver training programmes and training materials for clinical and non‑clinical staff.• Assist GP practices with quality assuring data migrated to the new clinical system, keying Vision 3, Vision Anywhere and Docman.• Work closely with healthcare professionals to help transform services using digital technology. Qualifications and requirements • Degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience in a similar role.• Experience in eHealth or Primary Care is advantageous.• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise and manage own workload.• Knowledge of digital training, e‑learning, learning management systems and GP clinical systems would be advantageous.
