If you're motivated by impact, improvement, and a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Business Partner plays a critical role within our Vehicle Solutions division, helping drive performance through insightful analysis, commercial acumen, and proactive partnership with key stakeholders. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and Sales to influence strategic decisions and support our ambitious growth plans.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver margin improvement initiatives, ad hoc commercial projects, and explore opportunities in new territories or acquisitionsDevelop and enhance reporting tools and KPIs to support senior management with clear, actionable insightsBuild and maintain robust financial models, including our 5-year strategic budget and rolling forecastsOversee and analyse weekly and monthly commercial reporting with a focus on unit economics and margin performanceIdentify and implement system and process improvements in collaboration with Operations and SalesAct as a key commercial partner across teams in Great Britain and Ireland, driving performance improvementContribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives that support strategic goalsQualificationsA commercially minded, analytical thinker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong financial modelling skills and a clear understanding of key commercial driversExcellent communicator and team player, able to influence at all levels and work independentlyComfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentQualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experienceAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)Proven track record in delivering process improvements and championing continuous improvementAdditional Information / BenefitsA friendly, supportive workplace that reflects our customer-focused ethosA fast-growing, agile business that encourages innovation and fresh thinkingReal empowerment to drive change and add value from day oneA strong commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and personal developmentCompetitive salary, performance bonus potential, and a robust benefits packageHow to ApplyIf you feel we are a good match for each other, you can apply online now.
