Customer Communications Specialist

Overview You’ll create campaigns that inspire customers to join, explore, and redeem - turning awareness into sign-ups and loyal advocates. You’ll deliver high-impact, insight-led comms across email, SMS, push and in-app to drive membership and engagement. Working with Marketing, CVM, and the in-house creative team, you’ll turn strategy into stand-out creative that gets results - using AI and tools to craft copy and concepts customers can’t ignore. Job details Role: Customer Communications Specialist - Loyalty & Rewards (B2C) Engagement: Day Rate Contract Start date: 29 September 2025 - mid December 2025 Location: United Kingdom — must be eligible to work without Sponsorship Key Responsibilities Lead creative development for customer communications driving acquisition, engagement, and offer redemptions. Translate loyalty and engagement strategies into high-impact creative execution across email, SMS, push, in-app, and owned channels. Brief and collaborate with the in-house agency to deliver clear, compelling, and on-brand creative. Partner with the CVM Insights team to track performance, gather learnings, and optimise future campaigns. Manage timelines, approvals, and stakeholder engagement for smooth end-to-end delivery. Work with legal, brand, propositions, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and creative consistency. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in customer communications within B2C marketing — ideally in loyalty, rewards, or app-based propositions. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus. Calm, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Outstanding copywriting and creative briefing skills that drive action. Comfortable using AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance creative output. A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering campaigns that inspire customers to take action.
