The Wokingham Community Older Adult Mental Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and highly motivated Locality Administrator to join our friendly and innovative team. Overview Your base will be Wokingham Community Hospital, where we have free parking, a staffroom and a friendly and welcoming team. This role is primarily office‑based, but there may be opportunities for one day of remote working in line with service needs. Responsibilities and duties Duties will include organising clinics and home visits, entering and updating information in the patient information database, and a range of shared administrative tasks, including supporting the service to run smoothly and acting as the front door to our patients and carers. There is an expectation that you will provide secretarial support and associated administrative tasks to the consultant psychiatrists during periods of sickness, annual leave, and to meet service needs. Qualifications Previous knowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment, undertaking a full range of administrative duties. Enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated to contribute towards maintaining standards of high‑quality care to our patients. Excellent interpersonal skills.
