Overview Berkshire Healthcare has an exciting part‑time opportunity for an Administrator to join the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient team. This post will predominantly be based at Wokingham Hospital but will also include some hours at Foundation House / St Marks Hospital. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are pro‑active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across Berkshire. Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for MSK patients and visitors attending the department. Take responsibility for digital referral management and patient bookings. Manage a variety of specific admin tasks including phone and email support, with patient focus at the forefront. Liaise with other departments and services to support and assist patients as needed, such as interpreting services. Collect data and statistics to assist management in guiding the service direction. Work flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, service and physiotherapists. Support colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
