With a long-standing reputation for excellence and innovation, they continue to thrive in the construction, utilities, and M&E sectors.The Role: We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Warrington, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ experience in the construction, utilities, or M&E sectors.The role will be primarily office-based, with regular site visits to support ongoing projects. You will be working closely with and guided by the Managing Quantity Surveyor, who will provide you with continuous mentoring and support as you progress.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and analysis of project costingsSupport procurement processes and subcontractor negotiationsContribute to tender preparation and contract administrationAttend site visits and liaise with project teams and subcontractorsAssist in the monitoring of project progress and financial performanceHelp prepare valuations, variations, and final accountsWhat We’re Looking For:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline0–2 years’ experience in construction, utilities, or M&E (not essential for graduates)Strong attention to detail and numeracy skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, supportive environmentFull UK driving licence (for site visits)What’s on Offer:A clear and structured career pathMentorship from an experienced Managing Quantity SurveyorA chance to gain hands-on experience in a leading M&E contractorCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across the UK and IrelandNo sponsorship is offered with this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
