About Grove Lodge and Courtyard Our home provides specialist residential care for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis. With capacity for up to 57 residents across two floors, our service offers: Comfortable lounges and modern bedrooms. Main and skills kitchens to promote independence. A focus on empowering residents to develop daily living skills, supporting people towards more independent futures. What does the role involve? As a Senior Support Practitioner, you’ll balance providing hands‑on care with supporting and supervising your team. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every resident receives exceptional, person‑centred support while helping your colleagues thrive in their roles. Key responsibilities Supporting your team with training and guidance to ensure they excel in their roles. Assisting residents with personal care needs, always upholding dignity, respect, and privacy. Ensuring residents’ care plans are comprehensive, up‑to‑date, and consistently followed. Dispensing medication accurately and maintaining detailed records. What makes you the ideal candidate? Has experience working in a care home or similar environment. Has experience supervising and mentoring a team (preferred). Holds a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or is committed to achieving one). Is compassionate, organised and ready to take the next step in their career. Why join us?
