About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our friendly team providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Harrogate area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with meals, medication, and mobility as required
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' needs

Requirements

  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
  • Kind, patient, and empathetic personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
  • Must be female due to client requirements
  • Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK (We are currently not taking on sponsored staff)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
