Role Overview As the dedicated Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UK. Your focus will be on effective client management and development, maximising product adoption, mitigating technical risk, and ensuring our clients achieve their long‑term strategic objectives while maximising revenue growth, effective financial performance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Technical Partnership: Build and maintain deep, long‑term relationships with key technical and business stakeholders (up to C‑level) within your assigned accounts. Adoption & Optimisation: Drive successful product utilisation and deep integration into client environments by recommending best practices, technical roadmaps, and feature deployment strategies. Technical Escalation Management: Serve as the internal advocate and primary escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating resolutions across Engineering, Product, and Support teams based in Newcastle and remotely. Proactive Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular technical health checks, operational reviews, and capacity planning to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the client’s business. Maxamising revenue growth, cross selling and identifying new opportunities. Feedback Loop: Capture, document, and champion client feature requests and technical requirements to inform the internal product development roadmap. Qualifications & Experience: Proven Experience in a client‑facing Technical Account Manager within a software solutions environment. Strong Technical Acumen. Experience of effective revenue generation and growth. Ability to translate complex technical issues and concepts into clear, concise business language for non‑technical executives and stakeholders. Highly analytical with a track record of driving complex, cross‑functional technical issues to successful resolution under pressure.
