Account Handler

The roleWe’re now looking for a motivated Account Handler based from our Gloucester office, to join us here at the Jensten Group. This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue to grow- and the successful candidate can expect training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general. Reporting to the Team leader, you will be mainly focussing on our Pharmacy book of business. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:Responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.You will provide efficient, high quality and professional service to a portfolio of clientsHandling and organising all incoming correspondence, including responding to clientsProvide day-to-day service to meet client requests and requirements to retain existing clients.Working on RenewalsDealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence to the shared mailbox which you have been allocated and supporting your fellow members of the team to complete theirs.Ensure company procedures are followed, in order to adhere with both quality standards and compliance regulation, in accordance with their authority.To ensure all communications are accurately recorded against client records.About youAs one of our Account Handlers, you’ll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be the type of person who has excellent customer service skills, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general.
