Interim Finance Director (6 - 9 months FTC) Application Deadline: 5 December 2025 Department: Finance Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Location: UK- London PLEASE NOTE: NO AGENCY CV'S WILL BE CONSIDERED The Interim Finance Director role reports to the CFO and is for an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend. Support the CFO in transforming legacy systems and processes, driving greater efficiency and alignment across the business. Play a key role in developing a skilled and engaged Finance team while guiding the function through a period of positive change. Review and streamline data sources across the organisation to enhance consistency and increase automation. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the CFO to review and strengthen the Finance organisation to ensure it is well‑structured, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Engage with Finance team members to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Support the ongoing development of Finance roles and responsibilities to enhance collaboration and effectiveness across the team. Oversee the review and integration of Finance systems, including ERP, to drive automation and data consistency. Implement best practices in cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Enhance reporting processes for the Board, Group, lenders, and the Digital Leadership Team. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required: Educational Attainment: Qualified accountant; ACA, ACCA or CIMA plus relevant degree Professional Background: Extensive post‑qualification experience (PQE), ideally within complex or fast‑paced environment Must have strong, hands‑on NetSuite experience, with the ability to use and optimise the system as a core part of the finance function SaaS experience preferable Sector experience not required Use of Netsuite, Salesforce, Power BI and AI preferred Expected Areas of Competence: Extensive transformation and change management experience Must have financial controller experience Technical accounting skills Power BI / AI / reporting Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills ERP / other system skills Must be robust, technically competent and hands‑on with excellent modelling and systems skills Benefits: Private medical insurance Matching pension contribution up to 5% BUPA cash plan (to fund out of pocket medical costs) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Life assurance Further Benefits: We operate a remote working environment Enable internal mobility by posting all vacancies on our internal job board We offer a referral fee Provide a culture of continuous development and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
