We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Craghoppers team. Impact you will have Annual, seasonal, and monthly budget and profit targets are consistently achieved, ensuring sustainable growth within Key Accounts. Comprehensive short‑and long‑term strategies for Key Accounts are aligned with the overall business strategy, driving focused and measurable results. Seasonal launches and sell‑in appointments deliver impactful range presentations, fostering strong engagement and maximising sales potential. Customer seasonal price lists are optimised, ensuring company margin targets are met while maintaining competitive pricing. Order book targets are achieved through effective management, with efficient conversion processes supporting business objectives. Sell‑through data is actively monitored, enabling the capitalization of commercial opportunities and sharing key insights across the business for strategic alignment. Marketing plans for Key Accounts are executed efficiently, adhering to budgets and delivering optimal value for marketing investments. The Craghoppers brand consistently achieves exceptional in‑store and online representation, with updated seasonal assets, imagery, unitary, and POS materials. Market intelligence and account data inform internal range planning and buying decisions, supporting a strategic and customer‑focused approach. Quarterly Strategic Account Updates are presented to the management team, providing valuable insights and progress updates. Collaboration with Key Accounts Customer Support and internal departments ensures proactive account management and effective resolution of challenges. Administrative tasks, including monthly reports, weekly updates, and contact logs, are completed accurately and on time, contributing to efficient operations. Increase revenue through new sales expanding market share within key strategic retailers. Accelerate customer acquisition and expand the Craghoppers brand into new markets. As our future Key Account Managers, you will have 5 years sales experience within the Sport, Lifestyle or Outdoor retail sector Digitally Focussed with previous experience managing business with key online retailers Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) Strong market knowledge of the outdoor industry Sales & Negotiation: Building deals, upselling, and fostering long‑term partnerships. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical outdoor gear and sustainability trends. Relationship Management: Cultivating trust with stakeholders and managing client expectations. Strategic Thinking: Aligning account growth plans with company objectives. Data & Reporting: Analysing performance metrics and providing actionable insights. Digitally Focussed: Previous experience managing business with key online retailers Customer‑Centric: Focused on understanding and addressing client needs. Team Player: Collaborates effectively across departments. Detail‑Oriented: Ensures accuracy in pricing, contracts, and deliverables.
