With a culture grounded in agility, transparency, and continuous improvement, we work closely with our business partners to deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference.Platform Manager - SalesforceWe are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Team Leader to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Salesforce platform as part of a broader Digital Delivery strategy. This is a pivotal technical leadership role within our Centre of Excellence (CoE), covering platform governance, architecture, development, configuration, and integration across systems.The successful candidate will combine deep Salesforce technical knowledge with strong solution design and leadership capabilities, enabling the platform to scale efficiently, deliver value to the business, and support CRM simplification and process automation goals.What You Will DoTechnical Leadership & ArchitectureServe as the technical authority and escalation point for the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.)Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, development frameworks, and configuration governanceLead technical design for integrations, automation, security models, and data flowsDefine best practices, reusable components, and support frameworks for SalesforceEvaluate Salesforce product roadmap and advise on strategic adoption of new features and releasesHands-On Development & DeliveryActively participate in platform configuration, Flow development, Apex code, LWC, and integration workLead the implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions that meet user and business needsEnsure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and best practice patternsOwn technical debt remediation and platform optimisation roadmapCollaboration & Business EngagementCollaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsPartner with integration, data, and Systems teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutionsAct as Salesforce SME in cross-functional projects and governance forumsLiaise with Salesforce and delivery partners to optimise use of licensing, entitlements, and technical supportCoE Enablement & Team DevelopmentDefine and enforce platform governance, release management, and DevOps standardsProvide technical coaching and guidance to developers and analystsEnsure effective resource planning and workload distribution across the teamReport on team performance, system enhancements, and platform advancements to stakeholdersSupport the adoption of agile delivery practices and platform KPIsSkills We Are Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations in an enterprise environmentHands-on proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue CloudStrong development skills: Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelinesExpertise in platform security, permission sets, profiles, and rolesExperience with Salesforce integration patterns (API/Middleware/ETL)Ability to lead a Salesforce team in a collaborative and technically mature environmentDesirable SkillsSalesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System ArchitectExperience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ or Experience CloudFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and product-centric operating modelsPrior experience consolidating multiple CRMs onto SalesforceWhat Success Looks LikeA scalable, secure, and well-governed Salesforce platform that supports multiple business unitsClear technical ownership and reduced reliance on external expertiseConsistent, reliable delivery of new features, integrations, and enhancementsReduced technical debt and improved time-to-market for business requestsEmpowered Salesforce team operating with autonomy and best practice disciplineTo find out moreAs an equal opportunity employer, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
