Location: Gloucester, England, United Kingdom Posted: 3 days ago Overview Waylands is a successful motor retail group with 15 points across Thames Valley and M4 corridor, including a leading Volvo showroom in Gloucester. We are seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our service and parts teams, ensuring outstanding customer experience throughout ownership. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee the daily operations of the service department, workshop, and parts department. Ensure all customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Role Expectations The role requires someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, supports and coaches their team daily, and lives our company values of integrity, customer focus, people at the centre, and innovation. Salary & Benefits £50,000 per annum plus bonus up to £20,000. 5‑day week on a set rota that includes weekends (45 hours per week). Company car and fuel card (personal mileage chargeable). 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays). Life Insurance 3× salary. Contributory pension scheme for eligible staff.
