Working Pattern : Permanent | Full Time | options available The role We're looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry. As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in our South East Projects team. Your mission? To forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners. Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. You will Promote our advanced BMS solutions. Nurture relationships with existing clients. Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors. You have Knowledge of Building Control Systems. Sales experience within Building Controls industry or a related industry. A current driving licence, due to travel to and from client sites.
