Principal Building Control Surveyor Sweco Lee-On-The-Solent, England, United Kingdom Overview Sweco Building Control is a leading Building Control consultancy in England and Wales, providing market‑leading expertise as a Registered Building Control Approver since 1998. Key Responsibilities Undertake plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval. Conduct site visits, prepare site visit reports and witness tests (valid driving licence required). Attend client and design team meetings to give professional advice regarding building control work. Use management systems and comply with the Quality Management System. Operate in accordance with commercial requirements of the project (costs and programme). Qualifications Qualified and experienced Building Inspector or Surveyor. Strong technical knowledge and creative problem‑solving mindset. Proactive approach to client relationships and delivering outstanding service. Industry accreditation such as RICS, CABE, CIOB or similar. Commitment to excellence. What’s in it for you?
