Graduate Flood Risk Consultant – 2026 Graduate Training Scheme (Solent) Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We are recruiting a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join our expanding Infrastructure Engineering team in Solent. Suitable candidates could be from a civil engineering, geography or related earth sciences background, and will work full‑time, permanent. What We’re Looking For We seek a talented person that can deliver innovative solutions to the technical and environmental challenges land development can present, and enjoys collaborative working across multi‑disciplinary teams. You will be working closely with the local and regional teams producing and advising on flood risk and sustainable drainage strategies to accompany planning applications for a wide portfolio of project types. A logical and analytical approach Great problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box Shape Your Future with Us As a Graduate, you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to support the production of designs, calculations and drawings to accompany planning applications and/or for construction in all major sectors – in particular residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects with several clients at any given time and support by providing them with high‑quality advice and service.
