Graduate Flood Risk Consultant – Solent Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We are recruiting a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join our expanding Infrastructure Engineering team in Solent. Suitable candidates may have a background in civil engineering, geography or related earth sciences. What We Are Looking For A logical and analytical approach Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to use your own initiative and think creatively Responsibilities Work closely with local and regional teams producing and advising on flood risk and sustainable drainage strategies to support planning applications for a diverse portfolio of projects. Support the production of designs, calculations and drawings for planning applications and construction activities across major sectors (residential, retail, industrial, commercial). Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and provide high‑quality advice to clients. Engage with a range of sectors and clients to broaden experience and support professional development.
