Utilise Modern Outreach Methods : Employ phone, email, social selling, and networking. Integrate advanced sales technologies and best practices to nurture relationships and build a robust pipeline. Encourage a Culture of Growth : Create an environment where professional development is a priority. Promote continuous learning, regular coaching, and teamwork. Drive Performance and Accountability : Maintain a team of motivated experts. Set ambitious targets for meetings, opportunities, and key metrics, and lead your team to exceed them. Collaborate Strategically : Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the transition from lead to closed deal. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Leadership Experience : At least 5 years of experience managing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets. Innovative and Driven : Skilled in analysing metrics, refining strategies, and continuously improving outcomes. People-Oriented : Able to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture.
