Digital Systems Support Officer Position number 9324. 2 positions available. Fixed Term Contract/Secondment to November 2027, 37 hours per week, salary £31,537-£33,699 per annum, Scale G, based in Norwich. Join our Digital Customer Experience Team at Norfolk County Council. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of business systems, such as customer account, forms and case management processes, supporting council objectives. Key duties include creating and maintaining forms and processes, monitoring systems and integrations, ensuring data quality and retention standards in line with GDPR, using technical skills to build solutions or resolve customer problems to recognised best practice standards (GDS, WCAG). You will work with IT colleagues and departmental stakeholders to resolve system issues and provide advice and support to users.
