Join a vibrant and supportive team dedicated to excellence in floral artistry.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Manager or Floral Events Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our thriving floral business. Based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, this role requires relocation to the Caribbean and a commitment of 3-5 years. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of our floral operations, with focus on events, weddings, and retail.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead, supervise, and inspire a diverse team, including florists, assistants, retail managers, drivers, cleaners, and event setup experts.Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure operational excellence.Event coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver bespoke floral arrangements for weddings and events. Plan, organize, and oversee the design, production, and setup of floral installations at venues.Retail Operations: Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.Ensure a seamless customer experience across all retail and online platforms.Creative Direction: Contribute to the creative vision of Flowers by EA, ensuring innovative and high-quality floral designs.Stay updated on floral trends and integrate them into designs and operations.Logistics & Planning: Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of flowers and materials for events and retail needs. Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency.Qualifications:Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably within the floral, events, or hospitality industry.Strong background in floral design with demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.Expertise in managing weddings, events, and retail floral operations.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.Knowledge of floral trends, flower varieties, and event design preferred.Full driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
