Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Florist or Experienced Florist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our busy and successful floral business, contributing to both commercial and event operations, as well as our retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to design and create stunning flower arrangements for weddings, events, hotels, villas, and retail customers.
  • Work independently to execute unique and personalized floral designs.
  • Manage and supervise a diverse team of florists, assistants, retail managers, drivers, cleaners, and event setup experts.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences.
  • Ensure the timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements for events and venues.
  • Oversee retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Contribute to the overall creative direction and vision of Flowers by EA.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Florist or Experienced Florist in a busy and successful floral business.
  • Strong design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience in weddings and events as well as retail flowers
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of floral trends, flower varieties, and event design.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
