The Finance Controls Analyst will lead on process reviews, design, test and implementation of controls changes to ensure a first class and commercially focussed controls environment. This role will have high visibility across the organisation and a great opportunity to add value from day one and gain recognition with senior management. Finance Controls Analyst Plan and lead process reviews Identify areas of risk and opportunities to drive improvements across financial control Design, Test & Implement process improvements Lead Quarterly Peer Testing Programme Own key relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally The Finance Controls Analyst will work closely with an outstanding team and the broader finance function at all levels to ensure sign of for change and delivery to peer reviews to ensure the end-to-end controls environment is working in conjunction with the commercial growth plans for the business. The Financial Controls Analyst will ideally come from a qualified audit background with experience of both internal and external audit across large corporates, with a passion for driving improvement and ensuring an effective controls environment.
