Location Manchester, England, United Kingdom Job Overview Join our dynamic Commercial Services team at TfGM, where you will influence high‑value contracts and gain experience across multiple disciplines. This senior role plays a key part in advising TfGM’s Leadership Teams on a broad range of commercial transactions, providing business support across the commercial deal cycle. Your Role As a senior, critical role you will support TfGM’s Senior Leadership Teams across the commercial deal cycle, including creating financial models, advising on options for commercial structures and associated risks, specifying procurement requirements, reviewing and evaluating major procurements, negotiating with suppliers, and handling commercial and contractual disputes. Team and Development Corporate Finance is part of the TfGM Commercial Services team. You will work alongside professionals in commercial, legal, finance and procurement disciplines, providing support for critical decisions at any stage of the transaction. You will gain broad experience across commercial services disciplines, supported by on‑the‑job training and relevant courses. Qualifications and Experience Experience in financial modelling, commercial deal structures, complex procurements, and external supplier negotiations. Strong analytical skills to identify, analyse and summarise complex financial data. Leadership experience in challenging commercial environments and excellent interpersonal skills. Desirable: familiarity with financial and commercial implications of legal contracts, procurement process experience. Degree‑level education and professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MCIPS) required.
