My client is a leading residential property developer, based in the North West, who are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Property) to join their growing, dynamic team on a permanent basis. This brilliant broad and varied role will work on anumber of residential property development schemes, acting as the key point of contact for all key stakeholders across your region.
**The key duties of this Senior Financial Analyst (Property) role are as follows**:
- Liaise closely with senior stakeholders across the development directorate, acting as their financial matter expert and providing sound financial support as required.
- Lead on the financial appraisals of a number of new development schemes and acquisitions, drafting papers and ensuring due diligence as required.
- Play a key role in the production of investment analysis and financial modelling for all schemes within your remit as necessary.
- Be the key point of contact for all Development activity for your allocated region, preparing timely management reporting information, reflecting on performance and encouraging future growth and viability.
- Monitor all risk across schemes within your remit, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place.

- An accountancy qualification, or be qualified by experience.
- Experience business partnering with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of investment appraisals and property development finance.
- Demonstrable experience of financial modelling and subsequent analysis.
