Responsibilities Assist Senior Managers – support Project & Site Managers in planning, organising and coordinating construction activities. Documentation & Reporting – maintain accurate records such as daily diaries, progress updates and documentation of incidents or changes. Project Planning – participate in project review meetings to understand requirements and timelines. Site Supervision – oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Progress Monitoring – monitor progress, identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective measures when necessary. Quality Control – take photos of completed works and upload them onto BIM. Communication – liaise with internal and external stakeholders, applying and integrating appropriate mathematical and technical knowledge to support coordination of construction projects. Health & Safety Compliance – comply with health and safety regulations, identify and document risks and hazards, apply statutory and company environmental and safe working practices, and produce construction project risk assessments and method statements. Digital Construction Processes – apply digital tools to produce resource lists from tender and contract documentation. Information Technology – use IT for document creation, communication, and information management, and comply with GDPR and cyber‑security requirements. Work Management – plan, carry out and manage own work in line with management requirements, assess tasks, schedule work, achieve deadlines, review performance and keep records of work undertaken. Sustainable Practices – apply sustainable principles and low‑carbon processes to implement site environmental solutions. Professional Development – plan and undertake continued professional development (CPD) to maintain and enhance competence in the area of practice. Written Communication – communicate in written form to stakeholders using construction and built environment terminology. Qualifications & Skills GCSE English – grade 3 or equivalent. GCSE Maths – grade 3 or equivalent. Communication skills. IT skills. Organisation skills. Problem‑solving skills. Administrative skills. Team working. Own transport or reliable access to public transport. CSCS card or willingness to obtain one. Training & Apprenticeship Details The training will be delivered remotely through online workshops and one‑on‑one tutor sessions. Training & Apprenticeships in Construction Ltd (TrAC) is a DfE approved Flexi Job Apprenticeship Agency that will employ you for the duration of the apprenticeship and pay your salary. You will be placed with a host employer but will remain employed by TrAC throughout, and TrAC will support you into employment or further learning after the apprenticeship. Salary & Working Hours Wage: £16,881.80 for the first year, potentially increasing depending on age and National Minimum Wage rates for apprentices. Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 04:30 pm with a 1 hour unpaid break (43 hours per week). Start date: Monday, 9 February 2026. Duration: 2 years 3 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
