**Job Title: HR & Recruitment Administrator Apprentice**
**Hours: 40 hours per week (20% includes course-based learning and off the job training)**
**Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (Flexible working hours)**
**Salary: £5.00 per hour/ £200 per week**
**Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich**
**General: Full training provided which will result in a formal qualification**

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity within our HR department for a full time **HR & Recruitment Administrator Apprentice**. This position will report directly into the HR & Recruitment Supervisors and will be working closely with others in the team as well as all internal Managers and the Senior Management Team.
This role will conduct a wide range of supportive activities across the HR & Recruitment team from day to day administration, arranging meetings to maintaining databases.
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Executive by:
- Uploading adverts to job boards, LinkedIn and other channels
- On occasions being the administrative support for recruitment driven projects
- Keeping the recruitment database up to date
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Any adhoc recruitment administration
Supporting the HR Supervisor and HR Administrator by:
- Issuing contracts of employment and all associated documentation
- Support in documenting staff annual leave and absence
- Daily updating electronic staff records
- Any adhoc HR administration
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administration, communication, HR and Recruitment skills while earning a Level 3 CIPD qualification (equivalent to an A Level). There is plenty of opportunity for career progression too. In fact, many of our apprentices go on to hold permanent, full-time roles within the company after completing their apprenticeships.
**About the person**:
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Approachable with a confident and polite manner
- Proactive with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic understanding of all Microsoft packages
