Brook Street is seeking a Customer Service Administrator role in Harrow, HA3 to join our client's growing team. This role is permanent, full-time with a salary of £28,000 per annum. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, delivers excellent customer service, and ideally has a technical or repairs background. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails Book and schedule jobs for engineers Monitor engineer performance and follow up on tasks Raise purchase orders, invoices, and run reports Manage compliance, diaries, and CRM tasks Escalate issues and follow complaint process Participate in on-call rota (1 week in 7) and one Saturday in seven Requirements Microsoft 365 proficiency (essential) 1 year+ customer service experience Confident, proactive, and customer-focused Experience in repairs planning, diary management, and customer communications Working Hours Oct – Mar: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑18:00 Apr – Sep: Mon‑Fri 08:00‑17:00 Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
