Our clients value our trusted advice, and our people thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. 💼 The Role We are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join our Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the growth of our practice. 👀 What We’re Looking For 🧠 2–7 years’ PQE, with experience managing your own caseload. ⚖️ Proven ability to manage a complex caseload of respondent Employment Tribunal matters. 💬 Strong technical knowledge and experience advising across all areas of employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, reorganisation projects, grievances, disciplinary matters, and TUPE. 📑 Experience in corporate support. ⏱️ Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. 🌱 A proactive approach to business development, including drafting articles and attending events (with support from our Legal Director). 🤝 Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships. 👥 A collaborative approach as a team player. 🔄 A flexible approach and ability to adapt to different tasks. 🧑🏫 Experience supervising and supporting junior team members. 📍 Knowledge of the Liverpool market (advantageous, not essential). 💡 A passion for people, progress, and practical solutions.
