Employment Solicitor
National practice based in the heart of Liverpool, boasting an excellent reputation in the legal market locally and nationally, is looking to augment its Employment offering with the hire of an experienced and ambitious Employment Solicitor.
The Employment department has gone from strength to strength recently. Acting as part of this dedicated Employment offering, will see you handling your own caseload of respondent Employment matters (including employment tribunal advocacy and tribunal hearings)and assisting the senior Solicitors and Partners in the team on their big ticket matters.
Working closely with other team members, you will provide guidance to junior solicitors and assist on more complex Employment matters - there is a real sense of teamwork across the department
If you are an Employment Solicitor with ideally 3-6 years pqe this position gives you the chance to develop and progress within your career in a Respondent focused top tier team.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience along with an extensive benefits package and a fully blended working environment with up to 3 days per week from home.
