A renowned and privately owned Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in South Wales are now in the market for a driven and organised Asbestos Administrator to join their busy team. This role would who is flexible and adaptable in line with company requirements. You will be able to confidently assign site staff to projects on the clients mixed portfolio of sites alongside, providing internal management with support. Our client can offer the successful candidate career progression, excellent holiday allowance and company pension scheme. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport, Neath, Cwmbran, Blackwood, Pontypool, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil, Tonypandy, Porth, Mountain Ash, Llantrisant. Experience & Qualifications Will have a strong administrative background, ideally working for an Asbestos Company. Keen eye for detail. Able to work to deadlines and adjust working day in line with company / client needs. Excellent IT skills, familiar with using TEAMS. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, face-to-face. The Role Efficiently logging all incoming jobs onto internal systems. Assigning work to site staff upon confirmation of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Domestic, Healthcare, and Educational sites. Liasing with site staff, checking anomalies on reports prior to finalising and submitting to clients. Consulting with clients, providing support and advice where required. Providing support to management, booking in appointments. Ensuring effective control of company documents. Performing general administrative duties e.g., filing and scanning documents, sending emails, answering / making phone calls.
