Job DescriptionThis leading asbestos company with a nationwide presence is now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Cardiff area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established consultancy and work on a mixed portfolio of contracts across the South Wales and South West region. Applications from Swansea, Newport, Port Talbot, and the surrounding areas will be considered.Qualifications & ExperienceThe individual must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.Must have experience working in a surveying role within the asbestos industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including industrial and commercial.Building a professional working relationship with company’s mixed portfolio of clients.Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.This company offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, company vehicle and many other benefits to the right candidate.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply most permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
