🌍 About the Role

As Global Product Manager for our Beauty & Peronal Care category, you’ll champion a high-potential international portfolio sitting at the intersection of beauty, skincare, personal wellness and specialist care.

You’ll combine consumer insight, category trends, competitor analysis and commercial strategy to drive global growth across retail, professional and specialist markets.

This is not a support function.
This is a true Product Champion role where you become the voice of the customer, the curator of innovation, and the commercial driver behind a portfolio ready for its next evolution.

You will:

Own full product lifecycle management, from concept and NPD through to launch and optimisation

*

Shape brand messaging, claims, positioning and storytelling that differentiate the range globally

*

Lead new product launches and develop high-impact promotional campaigns

*

Drive category growth through insight-led strategy and cross-functional collaboration

*

Identify consumer and market trends to fuel innovation and strengthen the value proposition

*

Conduct category, competitor and retailer analysis to guide future direction

*

Create compelling customer-facing content (sales collateral, videos, digital assets, website copy, training materials)

*

Develop tools and training to empower UK & international commercial teams

*

Influence pricing, margin, pack formats and product improvements

*

Partner closely with regulatory, quality, supply chain and R&D

*

Support global demand planning and alignment with S&OP

*

Travel internationally to meet distributors, retailers and customers

🌟 What We’re Looking For

Essential:

*

Experience in product management, category management or brand/NPD roles within cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, or adjacent FMCG sectors

*

Strong commercial acumen with a passion for market trends and product performance

*

Excellent communication and presentation skills

*

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive category decisions

*

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects

*

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate globally

*

Willingness to travel internationally (20%)

Desirable:

*

Experience working with international markets or distributor-led models

*

CIM or related marketing qualifications

*

Experience with CRM tools, Power BI or similar data platforms

*

Exposure to claims, packaging development, regulatory or compliance within beauty/personal care
